The Anaheim White House Restaurant

Two months before the Anaheim White House Restaurant was set to celebrate its 30th anniversary, the historical building that had stood as a landmark since 1909, would be wiped out by a fire in the middle of the night. For three decades, it was a place that brought the world together for life’s most momentous occasions. No one was more impacted than owner, Chef Bruno, who had watched his mother dance on the very steps of the restaurant when she ventured from Italy to see it for the first time. With so much history and so much meaning embedded in the restaurant’s presence, there was only one option for Chef Bruno moving forward: rebuild from the ground up.

Anaheim White House Founder, Chef and CNN Hero- Sir Bruno Serato

  • 1987

    Chef Bruno Serato, an Italian from San Bonifacio, Verona took over the ownership of the Anaheim White House Restaurant, which features Northern Italian Steak House cuisine.

  • 2005

    Caterina’s Club was established after Bruno Serato and his mother, Caterina. It started by serving the first meal to a child, now serving in 20 cities at 62 locations reaching -3,500 children a day.

  • 2017/2018

    Anaheim White House suffers devastating fire destroying the restaurant with over $2M in damage in February.

    Full scale restoration plans begin, construction commences in November.

    Restaurant reopens April 2018!
